A small Mycenean vessel

A Mycenean vessel with two small handles. Painted with concentric lines around the base of the stem and on the body, and a line of tear shaped dots in a brownish colour, This vessel was found on Cyprus. Date approx. 1400 BC. The Mycenaean civilization was the last phase of the bronze age in ancient Greece, spanning the period from approximately 1750 to 1050 BC.
